OHSU Financial Assistance Program Get help paying for procedures done at OHSU. Patients whose household/family income falls below 400% of the federal poverty level are eligible for partial assistance, and those within 300% qualify for full financial assistance. (As a single grad student, we fall well within this level).

Submit the forms by mail to 3181 SW Sam Jackson Park Road OR drop off in-person to Sam Jackson Hall, Room 1306 (3245 SW Pavilion Loop) OR submit electronically at [email protected]
You will be notified within 3 weeks if you qualify.
Once qualified you will need to have your medical bill balance changed by calling 503-494-8760. Medication assistance is separate; you will need to call 503-494-1457. Please note this is not an automatic process, you must call them to have your balance changed.
Graduate Research United Hardship Fund The GRU hardship fund a resource for GRs experiencing unforeseen financial difficulty. Priority of funds is given to dues paying members, as this fund comes from a portion of dues. You apply for up to $300 in funds, but a greater amount can be approved for extreme cases.
